[Resolved] Airtel — Increased the rental plan without taking customer Approval and no additional service which I should get with increased rental plan | |||
Hi, My Customer ID: [protected] MY Complaint No: 37885368 In the month of March, Airtel increased my rental plan 160+ to 185/- I am not aware about the rental revision. Your customer care support team told me they send an SMS. 1. My First question to Airtel: If any financial implication, Always Airtel should take a confirmation from the customer about the revision of rental, if customer agrees then you should activate otherwise it is customer choice wheather he will continue with you or he will choose alternate. 2. You are charged higher rental from March 2014 onwards, but you are nor increased the number of channels which i was supposed to receive from March 2014, when I made a call to customer care, some agent activated 2 free channels (MAA gold and V6 channel).. You are charged extra money from me without taking approval and not provided the service which i am suppose to receive... 3. On 26 April 2014, when I had discussion with customer care he promised me that he will arrange a call back with in 48hrs. But till yesterday I didn't received any call from your team 4. Once again I am tried to call Customer care, first time I spoke to purushottam, then saifulla and Rakesh.. I had a discussion with Rakesh and he told me that he is senior (team lead) and he is not ready to provide the ticket no.(call was disconneted abruptly) He said bluntly Airtel cann't do anything and he is not willing to transfer to senior manager. If Airtel not providing the compaint ticket to customers, then what is the point having Call center ... ??? 5. Once again I called to CC center, I spoke to Narsimha and he provide the ticket no and he arranged the call back today. Ms. Ammulu called and promised some kind of refund.I am expecting decent penality from Airtel because of all above issues and they will not repeat the customer. There should be some kind escalation matrix for every customer to their issue. My Basic question here is How come DTH Companies increase the rental by sending SMS . ( One way communication)... Any financial transaction needs TWO WAY communication means confirmation from customer either phone or mail.
