Airtel India — airtel is deducting unauthorised payment in the name of pgsi mumbai from my credit card

I'm being charged rs. 942.82 every month since july 2019, when i stopped the smartpay to deduct my airtel bill payment.

The smartpay also shows that the payment instruction has been 'deleted' still the amount gets deducted on 28th or 29th every month.

I need this payment to be stopped and refund the amount that has been deducted from july 2019 till date.
