Airtel India — Airtel took 6500/- for new connection and on cancellation not refunding | |||
This is with reference to CAF NO HY[protected] NO AND ACCOUNT NO.[protected] FOR DEACTIVATION AND REFUND. I have applied for a new connection in the name of Kailash Agawaral and paid 6500/- cash to airtel customer executive for new connection. As the connection was delayed we have requested to cancel and refund the money. The airtel executive said the refund will be processed within 15 days and to wait. I was wondered how they will return my money when executive has not taken any bank information for return request neither he has filled any form. After waiting for 15 days i have called customer care and they said to mail to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com which is south India grievance department. Unbelievable response from them stating refund has already initiated to some account and we are closing the case. I have check with all my banks and there is no refund at all. And the bank details they shared also does not belong to me. I immediately replied to them and they request to share my bank details after 2 months of following the issue. After 2 month they replied that shared cancellation cheque has no name printed they want bank statement. I immediately submitted to them. After no response for 15 days i again mailed them and got the same reply that refund already done in some other account and they cannot help. I request consumer team to help me. Its already being 4 months and the same story continue. Airtel has cheated me by transfering money in there personal account .. I have posted in consumer only because even the griveance team has failed to resolve my issue.
They keep asking me new details and again reply the same story then money is refunded to my account which does not belong to me atall.
neither your team has taken any refund form and any account information.
The amount was trasnfered to some personal account belong to airtel team.
I need this to be clarified and my refund amount.
