[Resolved]  Airtel India — Broadband connection

Hi,
I visited airtel india website last saturday i. E, 21 may, 2016 and registered for new broadband connection by paying rs.1000/- online, after that i got a message that i will be contacted within three working days for installation of broadband. Getting no response from airtel after 3 working days i. E, 25 may i contacted their customer care number and asked them to help me on this issue but they registered my complaint and said that i will get a response within 24 hours, but today it's 28 may and i haven't got a single call/message from them. Between 25-28 may i am calling them regularly for help and each time they register a new complaint and ask for 24 hours time. I am very disappointed by the way they treat their customer, i was routed several times from one person to other person in single call and was always given a excuse that 'due to technical issue, we cannot fetch your details, call after half n hour or 4 hour'

I am feeling helpless, my money is gone and i have no internet connection at home from last 1 week. I think that i should have contacted any other local service provider they would have been much efficient than airtel and saved my time and money.

Attached is the screenshot on written complain acknowledgement (Two complaints were made over phone)

No positive response received from Airtel..
Pathetic experience..
They say they are trying to reach me on my contact number and its unreachable..

However my phone is constantly reachable and accessible by other people
Going to be a week since I posted my complaint on consumer forum still I have got no call

I have still not received any call from them..

Please refund my full money back.

So just to get a cal from Airtel representative I have to wait for 2 more days..
In that case please proced with refunding my money back.. I would definitely
move to some other operator
