As i have given complaint in airtel regarding network issue on 25.05.2016.
They have have given me plan of rs.399 - in which 630 min + 200 min + 1gb data 4g.
But the said plan was not getting used 30% also, due to non-availability of network. So i placed a complaint in airtel helpline with reference no. 69509115.
Two times the engineer has visited at my location, after getting visit they told me "not to worry, will solve in 2 days" but the problem was not solve yet.
O i requested airtel call num [protected] on 23.05.2016, that i am paying more than i am using, because no use of data and given free mins in my bill plan due to non-availability of network. They told me you will get refund if you not use data.
Now, i have got the bill for the month of june 2016 in which they have not reversed the value as they have committed.
Today, again i have talk with airtel executive ms. Anjali gandona., she told me i can't help in this issue. I also aware her that i will placed complaint in consumer complaint. She replied that"apko jo karna he woh karlo"
