Airtel India — poor network service | |||||
I am using airtel postpaid service and after raising so many complains airtel team has not resolved network issue. Raising complains from more than a year and everytime airtel closes my calls without intimating me or resolving the issue. Paying bills without using it properly. Worst service and network. Airtel has still not provided me the time required for smooth installation for upgrade because from last year it is pending and there has been no progress. Does it take so much time? Paying bills from a long time without proper utilization, how many more billing cycles i need to pay unnecessarily without proper service? Sim always showing as simtoolkit error, tasks are breaking down when they were in on process, so please resolve this as early as possible.
