Airtel India — regarding the vague and false charges in bill for my airtel mobile

After numerous calls & conversations with the relevant team & up to multiple levels of managers, i didn't hear anything from anyone till date. This is pathetic and pitieous from airtel. Haven't encountered such a situation in last 5 years of relationship.

There are vague internet charges posted in my bill. Unfortunately, i realized that airtel customer services are more focused at fleecing customer than providing services. The last couple of weeks have been harrowing and i have seen no resolution. I am surprised, and pained at the lack of professionalism and empathy of airtel.
I have recently been abroad and started international roaming services plan on my airtel number on apr 27, 2018. To my utter shock, for the billing period from april 5th, 2018 to may 4th, 2018, i have been wrongly charged for mobile internet data & i never even switched on the data. But after generation of bill, it says total usage/pulse as 6205 (62 mb) which was never even used and for that i have been charged rs. 48, 233. Is this some kind of joke? Do you have any idea how many gb comes under 48k??
In context to above, i raised a request no. [protected] for verifying the dispute and to my surprise, request is closed without any resolution. Further, i enquired again last week and some different representative told me the request is closed and stated that the charges are valid. What is the authenticted way of this validation? Why so unprofessionalism? Why wasn't i informed on the progress / closure of the ticket?
Hereby, i completely challenge these charges as false. The billing system at your end has malfunctioned and i have been the bearer of this.
Secondly, when my credit limit is 3, 600 then how in the god's name is this possible that my usage had exceeded that amount, why was it not blocked beyond the credit limit? Why suddenly did i receive this vague bill?
There were no charges for the almost the month but suddenly between may 2nd to may 3rd 2018 i have been charged for mobile data usage which was not even turned on.

If this is the way airtel's billing systems work, i am sorry to say that i will challenge this in the consumer court or in front of the compliance authority. This is gross harassment and cheating and it seems that airtel is trying to offset its losses by falsely charging customers.in this era of transparency, such unprofessional management is unexpected from a company as big as airtel.

I do not intend to pay these false and unethical charges and i would like a full clarification and revocation of these false charges on my account from airtel immediately.
