Airtel India — unauthorised balance deduction and automatic pack activation | |||||
Dear sir, i have recharged with airtel 2 months back with rs 399 pack through ivr. It has 84 days of valliedity. But now they deducted 399 balance on my number and activated new pack without conserning me. I don't know when it was deducted. But current pack still have 12 more days of valliedity. So please ask them to refund my balance. I don't want to continue with airtel. My number is: [protected]. They cheeted me. Please help me sir. This is not faith.
