Airtel India — unsatisfactory service and no refund has been initiated. | |||
We had airtel official come to our corporate office and check for 4g availability and after the application of airtel 4g wifi we have had several issues with speed and slowing of internet. The router would stop working every several minutes and would get back on track only if is restarted from the main switch. This has made us miserable of having this connection and have complained to airtel several times - in store, online offline but they still have not sent any of their engineers as promised by the store. Later we sought to facebook as a mean to connect to them and attached below is our communication with them. Please mark the date other details that they have confidently mentioned but have failed to follow up. We have got our old internet connection back and are now wanting to be fully refunded for the wifi 4 router. We are also liable for compensation for loss of business (Due to inactive internet connection) / unsatisfactory services and mental harassment due to lack of customer support and useful information in dealing with a long pending situation like this.
