[Resolved] Airtel — Inefficient customer services and network coverage | |||
1. No proper network coverage anywhere in India. If you are at the center of the city you will get full network. Slightly if you move away the network keeps fluctuating. You can't even have a proper uninterrupted 5-minute call. 2. Recently, I applied for my mobile number relocation to Hyderabad on 8th April and still it is not done. I did not even get any information from the customer services that my sim will be blocked in this process. It's 13 days now since the portability application and my number and the sim both are blocked. Even when I tried to lodge a complaint online it says my number is invalid. Why the hell do you provide online services when for everything you have to visit their store. 3. I have 2G Internet pack, this also doesn't work most of the time. Basically, it's just a trick to cheat the people and force them to use costlier packs. On top of that even when you have the 2G plan and you don't even use it, they charge you extra apart from the plan rate stating that you have exceeded your usage limit. People have enough problems and issues in their life. If would be of great help if you guys don't aggravate it by these non sense. Was this information helpful? | |||
