Airtel — initiated id problem

I have tried to recharge my account through ur airtel app.. And a txn id is initiated and send to me through message.. But my account is still not recharged.. Its a recharge of rs 149. It's really urgent. I will be thankful i[censored] would resolve the problem soon.. Please response fast

hi thanks for revert] us back try to use another website for the rechrge check your internet stabelity before recharge and you can also recharge through airtel and non airtel websites paytm or wallet or any time of apps or retailer or can alsolon in into our airtel website and recharge from there
