[Resolved]  Airtel — Installation not done charges paid

Hi,

My name is Sumit Garg
I booked airtel fiber net internet connection executive vissted me and collected documents and i also paid the installtion charges after that I didn't get any updates from last 5 days I am trying to reach him but he is not picking the call executive name sathish no [protected] .It seems he is a fraud cheating customer and running away with thier money .could you please investiate the issue or else he may cheat other customers as well. If we search with mobile numbers he has different site (chennai airtel and airtel one) .I should be having a pic of executive who came to collect document as my society has CCTV cameras which might have captures this executive image

I too find the same issue its been a month since I have paid money and provided the documents still there is no response . Not even getting a proper response from [protected]@in.airtel.com.

Could you tel me how much amount you paid and also attach the bill copy given to you at the time of payment.
