Disappointing and unpreparedness approach of your Sales Team in Bangalore!!
I was contacted by one of your executives, Alex to provide the assistance on new Broadband connection. I asked him to check the feasibility and other things before sending the executive to collect the documents and connection fees of Rs. 1, 000.
The very next day, Saturday, 17th Oct, the executive came at my place to collect the docs and fees and told me that the installation will be done on Monday, 19th Oct. Since then, no installation was done. Today, when I contacted the Customer support over the phone, I was told that the installation request has been cancelled as the port is damaged in my area. No one bothered to call and inform me and I have been waiting to get a connection, Ridiculous!
