I have requested for Airtel broadband on 8 October 2021 Airtel Representative Nilesh came and filled the online form and I made the online payment However even after promising of installation in 3 days no one came up at my doors even after 5 days I am very disappointed This is making me restless I am having online classes and its very difficult for me to attend using mobile data I would like to tell that I called the customer care thrice they always said that installation would be done in 24 hours but no one called in this regard Was this information helpful? Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 14, 2021 Updated by VaishMali I called at Airtel customer care on 13th October 2021 also they said you will receive a call in 4 hours but no one called yet Its been very irritating now. I have no more patience to deal with these guys
