Airtel — Insufficient Balance message while calling - I have sufficient balance

Hello Team,

I am getting insufficient balance message whenever i tried to call anyone. Incoming call is working fine. I called customer service but did not get the resolution. They are asking me to wait until 24th March which is tooo long. I have 1498 rupees plan enabled on my mobile which have 365 days validity (plan valid till 11 Jan 2022.
since my outgoing was not working after consulting with the customer care i recharged my account with 20rs recharge and then 49 rs rechange (28days validity). Still it is not working.
