Airtel — insufficient refund of annual subscription amount on cancellation of connection. | |||
I had paid rs. 5500 as annual subscription in the month of june 2017.in september i had to shift my apartment and requested for shifting of connection to the new address. The service engineer indormes that installation can not be done and suggested disconnection. So we forced to get the airtel dth connection disconnected and placed the request for refund of the balance amount. But to our utmost surprise the refund offered was only rs. 2900 even though we used the connection for 100 days out of 365 days. The refund should actually be rs. 4000 approx. We again raised our complaint to the call centre and then they raised the refund amount to rs. 3100. Also the executives were very rude and unethical specially anju and anuj from the refund department. Why am i penalised for this, i really do not know. But i want to have my due refund of rs. 4000. Also no refund is been given for the instrument even though we have duly refund the same. Please help us and company like airtel dth should not be allowed to eat my hard earned money.
