Airtel — intentionally cheating in the bill | |
I have Airtel numbers [protected] and [protected]. I opted for activating a service pack of rs75 to make incoming call free in dec 2013. Then on 10th feb 2014 I requested to stop it. I got confirmation on same day that service has been stopped. But airtel is still charging Rs 75 in both my bills fraudulently. I tried to put complaints on their site bit it is not accepting any complaints. Please help me. Should I go to consumer court for this fraud? Was this information helpful? | |
