The Airtel services of H-101, Empire Estate has been disrupted since 23rd October 2023 and the engineer 1 has ignored responding the calls. The ticket was reraise on 30th October 2023 (Ticket id: [protected]). The second engineer was assigned naming Nitin Kaushal (Mobile No: [protected]) and has ignored the calls.
The problem is still not resolved till date.
It seems Airtel Services of Pimpri Chinchwadi and its contactor name Raj has intentionally disrupted the Airtel services.
Its sincere request to solve this issue within 48 hours.
Neglecting the services to the consumers leads to mistrust. Please the issue within 48 hours.
