[Resolved] Airtel — Internaet 2G Pack | |||
Contact no [protected]. On 2nd sept. 2014, i got message from AP-650011 "Rs 45=500MB 2G, 30 din k liye1 Extra validity 1hr mein. Rs=1gb 2G, 28 din tak. Offer 29-Sep-14 tak. Offer ke liye, call 121314 ya dial*121*1#". I recharged my account with Rs45 on the same day. But validity was not extended to a month. I called to register acomplaint. My complaint No is 6251408 and Harpreet (customer care executive ) said it will be solved by 9th Sep 2014. On 9th sept 2014, i didnot receive any call from airtel instead i called 10 times. But after talking to executive call get disconnected every time. Same msg i have received 5 times. I am dissatisfied with the services of airtel. Never recommend to anyone. Kindly look into my issue or i have only one choice but to register a complaint in Consumer Court. Was this information helpful? | |||
