Airtel — international roaming and broadband connection

Dear sir/ madam,

1. This is with ref to an international roaming package which was activated on my mobile phone friday, 21 july 2017 & on saturday 22 july2017 worth rs 149/month and rs 3999 unlimited incoming for 30 days pack-zone b respectively on mobile number [protected]. After this i moved for canada.
2. Once i reached canada and switched on my phone the roaming didn't get activated of it's own. I tried it manually but it didn't work. It became very strenous for me as i was visiting canada for the first time and was unable to contact my local fecilitator at all for my official work. Even your internet services were not responding. I was on a fix and this situation became worse with passage of time as i waited for two long hour in the airport before getting a help from a local who lended her phone to me and then i could contact my people as they were also trying hard to reach me. This created quite a rucus and a matter of great tension for me and my folks. After about few hours roaming started working of sorts but internet was not working at all.
3. When finally i met my folks i made a complain call on 24th july 2017 evening itself from mobile number [protected] which was of my uncles as per canadian date and time 2030h & obtained a reference number 78063585. Which was registered with you in india at 0628h on 25th july 2017. I was promised by the person at the other end that my problem will be resolved. My local address was also noted down by your department and when i enquired about it i was told that a local help will be provided to me from the carrier agency 'rogers' but nothing happened till date. My internet is still not functioning till date. It's been 11 days. This is quite annoying as most of my official/ personal work is through internet.

4. Since i am from allahabad i've send a junior commission officer to your local branch in allahabad. There throgh his phone i contacted mr shubham of airtel francise who asked me to remove the sim from the slot and re-insert it. I did that & manually registered myself as directed. This i did it earlier also when i've spoken to the another gentleman from your delhi office on 24th evening local time 2030. But nevertheless performed the task again but of no use. Mr shubham has given two of his mobile number but later in day when i tried to contact him again with my persisting problem, his mobile was switched off. His mobile number which was given to me was [protected] and [protected].
5. My internet is still not working whose complain i've lodged in lucknow also today by one of my family members.
6. You must've noticed that instead o[censored]sing small letters which is the norm while sending an e-mail i've used bold letters so as to emphasise my annoyance with airtel and also a red herring. I hope you people are wise enough to look into the matter at the earliest as half of my stay is already over here in canada and i'm preparing a long legal battle with you once i'm back to india. It is not a threat but will be a lesson for good samaritan like me who shall not suffer in future of such misdemeanor from such a brand name like yours. I will make sure whatever i can from my end to ensure no one carries international roaming from airtel if you don't perform now, starting with switching to other carrier all the army cug connections at least of central command circle. Please act soon or be ready for the music.
