Airtel — international roaming not working for 91 [protected]

Hi this is my mobile number +91 [protected]. I have recharged for inr. 3998 for uae roaming package.

Package benefits are 500 mins of incoming and 500 mins outgoing call. Order id is[protected].

I have been in uae for past 4 days but still i have not been credited with the above benefits. For each incoming and outgoing calls i have been charged with 30 rs.

I have talked to customer care multiple times and they don't understand my issues and still they are raising the sr and closing it on the same day after crediting the 30 rs amount and that's it.

Airtel need to refund the amount or give me the package advantage. Already 4 days of my package is wasted.

Please help to resolve the issue.

The issue not been resolved yet from Airtel and they have not provided any solution for it. Almost Onsite trip is getting over and still nothing has been utilized.

i wanted the refund from Airtel.

Updated by pounprabu The issues was not addresses and the money is gone. I thought if I come to consumer complaints portal things will be resolved. But this was never addressed
