Airtel — International Roaming not working in UAE

My India prepaid Airtel sim is not working in Dubai which I had also recharged with 500 INR balance before to Dubai for business purpose. Today I just landed and it is not working and not even picking any network of Du or Etislat. Please help how will it start working ? It important for me to call my family with my airtel number. kindly resolve my problem.
