Airtel — International Roaming Plan of Airtel

Hi,

My father has gone to US to meet my sister and for that, I had activated a 1 month IR plan on his airtel number which got expired on 23rd Dec. Earlier Airtel had a policy in which if you are travelling internationally and activate a roaming plan, the same plan would get activated again once it ends. Im this case as the plan ended on 23rd Dec and my father was still in US, they shifted him to a daily IR plan and since he is not that tech savvy, he missed the notifications even if they have sent any and because of which the bill has become extremely high. Now my question is shouldn’t the organization have that moral responsibility and apply the best possible IR plan in case the customer forgets to reactivate it which in this case would be monthly plus why would you change that you need to reactivate your plan whenever it is ending.
