[Resolved] Airtel — International roaming recharge | |||||
My prepaid mobile number is [protected] by name Nayeem Ahmed Khan. I am in saudi, I wanted to recharge international roaming pack and I got the details from airtel website 779 full talk time, incomming 30/minute and out going 40/minute. I recharged it from my credit card with transaction Id 772381 dated 07.01.2016. the recharge was succussfull and I got confirmation message also. Even after getting confirmation from Airtel International roaming pack was not activated and I lost huge amount. Also I checked Applicable countries in the list of applicable countries Saudi Arabia was mentioned.
