I did the international roaming recharge for making calls from japan to india. As per the recharge done, i was expecting 500 minutes incoming and outgoing calls from japan to india. But i am not able to make or receive calls. I did the same recharge last 2 months and there was no issue. But right now even after continuous follow up through emails, there is no positive response.
I would like to get the offer activated so that i can make and receive calls with india.

Airtel didn't give back the money spent on recharge and they didn't do the proper recharge also. I am tired of following up. so i am marking this as resolved.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
