Airtel — international service recharge of rs 3998/- not worked | |||||
Hi, I had taken a saudi arab 30 days for international roaming pack at rs 3990/- for my father mobile-[protected]. They left to saudi on 12th april and we been tried to reach them but their phone not connected and call is been diverted to someone in maharashtra. We called orissa pre-paid team to register a complain but they told that it's a 2g sim and pack can work for only 4g sim and you should have get this from an airtel center. As i was not aware of this and nowhere anyone inform me before taking this package, and now parents were stuck there and not able to contact anyone so they have taken a local no: after 24hr of struggle. I raised this matter with orissa airtel and their head office as well and get response on 19th april confirming that data was activated and working but when my parents checked nothing working from the mobile. Hence i request airtel that you fail to provide the service and hence refund my money which i have paid for activation which they were refusing. Plz help us in getting our money back.
