[Resolved] Airtel Internet Connections — Airtel 4g dongle hotspot device lost - connection intentionally not suspended for 15 days and charging monthly full bill | |
Please do not go for Airtel Internet Connection or Mobile Networks. Without knowingly Airtel are cheating Customers. I have followed up more than 100 times. Each time one representative will comes and need to explain everything. Again they will tell stories and tell us will reduce the Charge, But after one representative will sends the bill for full month. Airtel guys really ridiculous and without customer notice will cheat at the back end. In Airtel stores they will say one thing and Customer Care will say one thing. Some one should raise the concern because these Airtel will cheat the customers Was this information helpful? | |
