[Resolved] Airtel — Internet connectivity | |||
This is an incident happend right now. Me being an Airtel pospaid customer from past 1.5years, i had an issue raised to the Airtel Customer care a 5mins back. My interenet data was getting just blank at a time from 2.am to 4. am every day from past 1 week. The person who attented my call named "VASNIK SIDHARTH" advised me that Airtel dosent have 3G or 4G in my address location n i should be trying for a different connection. I was extremly shocked with the response i got from the representative of India's best network. Friends, i request you to please help me to react to this pathetic service who claim to be the best in indudtry. Was this information helpful? | |||
