I have been raising complaints against the issue of my broadband connection for the past 3 weeks to no avail. Previously, I was able to raise complaints directly via the Airtel app, but now I have to sit through the incessant babble of their IVR line to even register a complaint.
The customer care executive opens a ticket against my complaint and the concerned service technician (Venkatesan, [protected]), who visited my place once owing to continuous calls figured out that the same was due to a faulty modem which requires replacement and then proceeds to closes the complaint without any communication or action from their side. This routine has been going on for the past 3 weeks and I haven't heard from him since.
The current ticket Id: [protected] has been allotted to me on 13-Sep-2023 and is still yet to have a technician assigned to it. After making several calls, I managed to get hold of the area supervisor's contact information (Sivaraman, [protected]) and have been battling it out with him as well for the past week and every time I get the same answer, he's "looking into it" and that his technician is attending another issue nearby and will reach my place shortly.
Airtel used to have a service standard before in my area. Utterly disappointed by the service; considering change of broadband altogether. Was this information helpful? |
