Airtel — Internet is not stable | |||
Hi, I am in roaming right now and for a specific location there is unstable internet. I have raised complaint as well. No one is having a similar answer to questions. Everyone have something new to talk about. I spoke with laxmi from nodal team and she assured that someone from network team will call still no one contacted me. My complaint was on hold as they were not able to find location. If location was not found then why was i not contacted??? I want some strict action to taken as everyone in lying in airtel and not ready to give services. But they will not even reimbursement as it is their failure. I again contacted them today as they closed the case without approval. They don't have any information about it. Even thier supervisor don't have any thing to say apart from sorry. Very pathetic support
