[Resolved] Airtel — Internet issues and customer care inability | |||
I repeatedly launched a complaint about my internet service problem. I'm in the middle of booking tickets when the internet stops working & complaining going through the customer care after that is a task they put you on hold for 20/30mins & no solution. You spend 2/3 hours just dealing with them. First Mr.rupum then the next customer care guy too. Was this information helpful? | |||
