Airtel — Internet not working-[protected] | |
I want to inform you that i had recently bought Airtel my-wifi device and postpaid plan, please find the following details. Device details= Sunnycat AMF-311WW IMEI [protected] Postpaid no= [protected] I was informed that i will be getting 40 mbps speed using this device, this is a 4G device and it showing LTE. The internet is not working at all, it is not able to handle the video meeting and streaming. It is showing only one signal every time, please find the attached screenshot for your details. I tried to contact airtel support no [protected] bu no luck, even i am not getting 5 mbps speed. I am not able to perform my office task and all the work has been stuck. I want to bring you into your notice that i had sent mail to [protected]@airtel.com on[protected] and below service request number got generated but i have not received any response from Airtel team. I have followed so many time, this is a very unprofessional service from your side. I do not want to use this device anymore, please process a refund or solve this issue. Awaiting for your reply.
