14-may-15 : 1st complaint stating internet not working Airtel Executive : Issue will be resolved within 3 HOURS. 15-May-15 : 2nd complaint stating internet not working Airtel Executive : Issue will be resolved by midnight. 16-May-15 : 3rd complaint regarding internet not working Airtel Executive : Issue will be resolved by 4:30 PM (16-May-15). In all the mails your (Airtel) officials, instead of trying to understand my problem they themselves reply that as per my postpaid plan my data usage has got over and speed limit has been revised, my issue is not with the speed but with CONNECTIVITY, MY MOBILE INTERNET is not working. Your Nodal Team and Appellate Authority call customer only for Ticket closure and for the sake of protocols, not with the intention of resolving customer concerns. Was this information helpful? | |||
