[Resolved] Airtel — Internet not working for third time in past one week | |||||
I had called almost 12-15 times to get my issue resolved. I was assured that someone will fix it within 24 hours. Last I had spoke to a Supervisor (Dinesh) who said he will get someone to call me back in 48 hours. I work from home and internet is very important for me. Please do something about this horrible experience I had with the Tech Support. Please find the latest Ticket Reference# 76884078. This is the third ticket in the past one week. There is no response from the team . The call back which is offered is not made.I am being treated very bad by the Customer Care when asked about the issue. I had tried all the methods possible to get my issue resolved. There is no way possible to get the issue resolved. I pay for my Broadband and the internet which is not working for almost 15 days in a month Was this information helpful? | |||||
