Airtel — internet not working - unethical behaviour | |||
I i'm switched my mobile network to airtel on 22nd nov 2019. My sim was activated but unable to use the internet. I have filed the complain on same day within one hour from sim activation. I have received the sms from airtel side, said that "the complain will be closed within 17 hrs" but still they are not closed my issues. I have called customer care more than 10 time they are not responding properly and saying it will take 4 days. Post paid airtel network 1. Complaint reference number : 91134245 2.
