Airtel Internet — Postpaid connection - extra data pack deactivation - unreasonable charges added to the bill.

Dear Monalisa Aswal H, Greetings from Airtel! This is in reference to your request regarding deactivation of internet service on your Airtel mobile number [protected]. I regret for the inconvenience caused to you. I would like to inform you that when you requested for deactivation of internet due to high expensive charges, your account was retained and your charges are explained on 27/09/2015. As per the transaction id [protected] on 06/10/2015, your data pack has been deactivated. Since the data packs are flat rate the charges levied on your bill is valid. Thank you for your patience. I made it clear that I am not interested in the extra data pack. I do not see the point in charging me for the excess 5gb data pack just because Airtel was in-efficient in deactivating the service in time. I request for the revised bill for the cycle of 27 September to 26 October. Please resolve and act on the issue and do not provide redundant information.
