[Resolved] Airtel — Internet recharge | |||
Respected sir/madam my name is Bindu and I have problem regarding the internet recharge.on date 17 th April 2016, I go to shopkeeper in Chhatarpur for recharge of rs 149 which gives 450 mb 3G data on mobile number [protected]. After recharge, I get message that I have credited with 450 mb 3g data. But after checking it again after 10 min, it shows you have left with 272 mb 3g data. I talked to customer care executive.I said if i have used 180 mb then give me the detail where I have used it.so the executive said I can't give you the details of this.on requesting again the same reply we got. I just want to know where is my 180 mb data after recharged. So I am requesting you to tell me whether it was my fault or Airtel fault.if I am on fault side then I will surely apologise, and if Airtel is on fault side, then what action you people take on this matter.
