Airtel Internet — Recharge of 349 | |||||
Hi Team, I recharged my number (i.e. [protected]) on 10th Oct'15 of Rs 349/- because it was showing that we will get A2A unlimited calls for 28 days.Please find attached screenshot for reference. But after recharging I came to know that it is applicable for Local calls only however I thought it would be applicable for STD also. It was not clearly mentioned in Airtel website whether it is applicable only for Local call. Now it seems that my rs 349/- got wasted because I don't want to use it for local calls. When I called in their customer care I got reply that it is only applicable for local number and same reply I have received via email as well. Please follow below mail trail for the reference.
