Hi,
Had the worst customer service experience ever. The agent and the supervisor do not realize that they are working for salary and their work is to at least “try” to help customers. Both the agent and the supervisor gave me an impression that they are working for charity so they can talk in whatever tone they like and make loud breathing sound to show they are more frustrated than consumer..
Anyway, I was using the postpaid connection ([protected]), On 28th Feb'2015 I've called to customer care and ask for about my packs to convert in Roaming Packs & also active the Roaming incoming pack too. But they have active only incoming pack.
After one month saw my bill, I shocked and call to several time @customer care for adjust the billing amount and resend the fresh invoice with need full correction.
But As on till, I have not received the fresh invoice & number also blocked in may'2015;I have lost my social contacts, data & banking services due to this.
