Airtel — internet services not activated | |||||
Sir, I have recharged with 99 ₹ on 29th of June 2018 which has unlimited voice calls and 1 GB data of validity 28 days. As my 1 GB data is consumed by me before 13th July 2018, I have recharged with 448 which has unlimited voice calls, 1.4GB data per day, 100 SMS per day of validity 82 days. But my data services are not activated. When I contacted Airtel customer care they are saying that if you are using one offer then you are not eligible to activate another offer. The latter offer will be activated after termination of first offer. In this case, I am unable to use data even I have recharged my account. And there is no option of declining recharge in "My Airtel app" even if one offer is active. Kindly respond to my problem. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
