Airtel Internet — Unjustified data usage bill | |||
I am holding a data number [protected] in which I had opted for 1GB 3G connection and each month I am paying Rs. 285 to airtel. In this month airtel fired a bill of rs. 1140 saying that my usage has exceeded to 316 MB more and for additional 316 MB they are charging me 1140 - 285 = 855 Rs. Airtel has not send any intimation to me that my data usage limit has been exceeded. They should have informed me or they should have disconnected on reaching 1GB dat usage limit. Why they disconnected at 1.316 GB and now asking for 855 Rs. for those additional 316 MB data usage which is not justified. Was this information helpful? | |||
