[Resolved]  Airtel — Invalid bill generation

Hi team,

I am using airtel postpaid broadband connection and we requested them to close connection. But instead of doing that they add monthly charge of some 700 rupees and barred incoming services. Bill amount for that month is just 650 rupees(Actual bill is 1200.They promised to provide cash back of 500.So it is around 600 or 700.They had not resolved this issue even). But by adding extra rental charges the bill has come to 7000 by now. I am still ready to pay one month which I have used for. But this is not fair enough to demand such a huge amount.

Every time a new executive calls to me for bill payment and listens the full story. But no one looks interested to resolve the issue. They just keep on adding the monthly charge for which we stopped using five months back.

Hi Anil/team,

Please find below for more clear information:

March 22 2016: We have opted for airtel broadband connection
April 2016: We did not get cash back of 500 plus as a welcome offer for migrating from ACT. We called customer care. They said it will be deducted in next month bill due to some server issue
May 2016: We did not receive the cash back in bill yet. Again they said we will be getting it in next month bill

June 2016: We decided to terminate the connection (due to some personal reason)and called to cust care for disconnection.

Issue started here...They had not taken the request as we had not paid the outstanding bill. We asked them to adjust the cash back in the current bill and we will pay the balance. But cust care had denied. Even we did not agree to pay the bill as they had not adjusted the committed cash back

July 2016: We called again and now they had given the cash back but a new month bill is generated which we had not used for.

We stopped using airtel broadband many months back.. But still we get the bills cumulatively..!!! Where is an end for this..!!! Still I tell, I am ready to pay my first month bill. But how can I pay all the bills from July. ??

Most of the times I feel customer care team not interested to resolve it..!!! From past six months I tell the whole story to each executive who ever calls me. (You can check that I have answered all the calls to airtel till date). No one gets back to help me.

Two weeks back I got a call from airtel as per the comp raised here.. Good that he has listened to my whole story. But he asked me to pay 5400(Before they gave me a discount offer for 1700 and 3000 I remember).

My daughter of age 7 bought a 2g data pack in the afternoon today. Thankfully she recharged through Airtel money. Can you please reverse the transaction and get me back my Airtel money.

Plz cancel my post paid number [protected] to airtel prepaid
Rs.50/- has been deducted from my mobile Airtel NO.[protected] on 04.12.2016 without any reason or may be some not known to me.
the mobile is being used by my wife she get socked for such deduction.

Hence you are requested to look in to the matter and make it possible to credit Rs.50/- talktime to my mobile no.
