[Resolved] Airtel — IPTV pathetic services

Connection # [protected], latest complaint # 48377902. No resolution to numerous complaints. The engg visits and gives assurance that this time it will continue to work, but the same story remains. We only see a "Waiting Signal" on our TV and "Unable to connect" on the laptop. Placed the latest request for disconnection. Even that is not taken by the retention dept. same story give us one more chance and this time we will prove worth the bill you pay every month. Very low standards (rather non-existent) of service. I do not intend to keep paying for the non existent services provided. Ankit
