Date : Between 1st to 20th Nov : I have called to Airtel customer care from number ([protected]) to inquire for shifting my connection to other address below are the details provided to me : I need to check whether my connection can be shifted to other address. I need to place a request for relocation. Within 24 hours of logging a complaint my connection will be deactivated Post which my relocating activity will take place and within 5 days my connection will be installed to new place. After installation, within's week time I need to submit my address process. I have provided all my details post which agent gave me consent that airtel can be shifted to my new address. Date : 1st Dec 2015. Around 8:30 Pm, I have dialed 121 from my landline ([protected]) and requested to lodge complaint for relocating my connection. Representative took my details (new address) and raised a ticket for the same. Date : 3rd Dec 2015. I have dialed 121 from my office landline and explained my concern post which agent said it is under process I was not satisfy with the answer given therefore spoke to senior on floor who informed me the relocation is not possible, I asked him to mail me this for which he denied. I was shocked and kept and phone. After some time I dialed up again from my registered mobile number where I was informed that "Sir, you don't need to worry I assure you that your connection will defiantly shift.At the very movement I raised the request for a new Airtel IPTV/Broadband/Landline connection. I started receiving calls where everyone agreed to give me a new Airtel IPTV/Broadband/Landline connection at the same address. Date : 4th Dec 2015. I have drafted a mail to Airtel (attach mail), Post which I was informed that my broadband connection can be shifted but due to some temporary technical reason IPTV cannot be shifted, After listening to this I requested representative if it is a temporary technical issue, than it is fine I can wait until it resolve but pls shift my connection. Listening to this he kept my call on mute and after some time he came back on call and informed he, Sir shifting is not possible. Date : 5th Dec 2015, I again drafted a mail (pls refer attachmail). Date : 6th Dec 2015. I have received a call from Nodal officer stating that Sir, you don't need to worry I assure you that your complaint will defiantly resolved and I am forwarding your case to concern team.(Same was drafted on below email) Now, I do not understand when it is written on there website that Airtel IPTV is in available in Delhi/NCR how they can deny for the same.
