[Resolved] Airtel — Irresponsible customer care wasted my smart byte amount | |||
Hi, on 7th feb I took a smart byte of 5gb for my airtel id [protected]_tn . Later in the day Internet was dead. I called the airtel and raised a complaint. The technician kumaresan fixed the issue and adviced me to change the plan. I told him just now I added a 5gb in smart byte, so want to do it on the next billing cycle. He confirmed me that he is doing that and called the customer executive Prakash. He informed the same to Prakash and when prakash spoke with me he said you need a upgrade to 8mbps and 30 GB. I said yes, he immediately said it is activated. I asked him what to do with my smartbyte and he said it is gone. What the hell is this. It is a clear cheating. And prakash just said he cant do any thing from his end. Airtel what is happening??? Is this the customer service you do ???? Really frustrating ... Was this information helpful? | |||
