[Resolved]  Airtel — Irresponsible representative

This is in reference to the phone number [protected] (Cocp, schneider vadodara). It has been 10 days since i have submitted my kyc documents to your representative. I had been told that the entire process of porting out takes about 48 hours! I contacted the customer care today only to know that the porting out process has not been initiated yet!
Now if i try to contact your representative, i am receiving a very unpleasant response. Kindly, look into the matter.

I want to cancel my post paid connection, this because i have changed from mumbai to delhi. pls accept it and do it soon my post paid no is [protected]
I have raise request about broadband speed on 04/11/2016. and i call again on 20/11/2016 they told me some kind server issue i ask why u not inform me about this issue & they are laughing at me on the phone, Name called Mr chinna i have voice record pls help me about this my lanline no [protected] my no [protected]
