[Resolved] Airtel — Issue facing for family data share plan for prepaid | |||||
Hi team, I have activated family data share plan on my airtel prepaid number [protected] on 14th apr 2016 by following below procedure. Step -1) sending message “share” to 121 Step -2) sending message “add [protected]” to 121 After that family data plan activated and the other person able to use my internet, however i am started facing issue by using internet on my mobile. When i use internet in my mobile amount got deducted from main account instead of data. I have tried all type of deleting share plan and getting to main account but no use. Step 3) sending message “del [protected]” to 121 I have reached all type of communication y which i can contact airtel (Calling customer care and visiting nearest airtel office), everyone says wait for 24 hours or 48 hours or 72 hours but no resolution provided. If this continues i have to go to the next level. My data plan is getting wasted now it’s been more than 6 days i cannot use my internet nor the other person who is part of share. And i am having around 1610 mb of data valid till 13th may 2016. Requst you to resolve my problem it the earliest. Please extend my validity and provide my currency back to my airtel account. Apr 21, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I spoke to customer care and contacted retail airtel customer relationship center and sent mail to
1) '[email protected]'
2) '[email protected]'
but no success.
steps have been taken by the company to resolve my complaint are just
sending message to 121 " DEL 9945779317" and 1925 "STOP".
but still I am charged from main account eventhough I have 1610 MB of Data.
its been more then 8 days I connot utilize my internet. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
