Airtel — Issue in bill | |||||
In my monthly bill i came to know that Airtel is charging me for Data Pack as well as data usage(both) .It is when monthly data pack is activated on my mobile and with clear instruction (i.e Data stop once data limit finished) mentioned in bill... I visited Airtel Customer care office dwarka they registered my complain(ref no[protected] but fail to explain me and same day i received a sms from Airtel that bill is valid.It is disgusting... Bill attached and cleared from information at bills itself that Airtel has charged me for Monthly data pack(i.e 1gb 4g/3g free post 1 gb data stop @250) but also data uses.
I want Airtel to correct my bill not for Oct but for Past also and i have same issue with my second mobile no also..
I will not pay any bill until my issue resolved and will go court if Airtel does not solve it..
