[Resolved]  Airtel — Issue: Line or Fixed Landline not working on Airtel Fiber [protected]

I bought my Landline device on[protected] and connected to router. But there was no connectivity.
So, I registered complaint regarding it.
Complain number [protected]
On the same date, but they marked my problem solved without even solving my problem and without verifying the secret OTP provided to me.

The Today[protected] I called them again 2 time but they disconnected my call both the time in between the calls.

after calls they just registered new "Service Request" again.

If nothing works out I will ### to Jio Fiber.

No steps was taken by the forum's help.. but I directly wrote to Nodal officer and then Applete Office. They they resolved the issue.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
