Airtel — issue not resolved[protected] | |
Hi Team, I have logged a complaint against Network Coverage with Airtel with request number - THis issue is still not resolved as it has passed 10 days of extra time. I am facing the same at particular location and location has been communicated to Airtel. This iss ue is faced by multiple user at same location. I didnot receive any got with update on this request and when I have called 515 I receive one message that the request is in process. I called customer care on 9th April 2019 and asked them to update my comment to call me back but I have not received any update. They have just updated me that optimization has been done and rest is in progress. This is very irritating as I am unable to get calls, no internet working, cannot make any calls.
